2. Multidisciplinary Services

The Firm operates four distinct divisions, each with different regulatory frameworks:

• Legal Division – Provides regulated legal services in superyacht law, maritime and admiralty law, international trade, and dispute resolution. Legal services are delivered only upon execution of a formal Engagement Letter, in compliance with the Legal Profession Uniform Law (LPUL) and the Australian Solicitors' Conduct Rules (ASCR).
• Strategic Consultancy Division – Provides commercial strategy, risk management, and operational advisory. These services are non-legal and are governed by the Firm's multidisciplinary Service Agreement. They do not create a solicitor–client relationship.
• Compliance Oversight Division – Provides compliance monitoring, reporting, policy development, and training. These services are non-legal, expressly disclaimed as not constituting legal advice, and are governed by the Firm's Service Agreement. Where legal advice is required, clients will be referred to the Legal Division under a separate Engagement Letter.
• Regulatory Intelligence Division – Provides curated regulatory intelligence, strategic sector analysis, and continuing professional development. These services are non-legal, expressly disclaimed as not constituting legal advice, and are governed by the Firm's Service Agreement.

3. Liability Limitation

The liability of the Firm, its principals, directors, employees, and contractors is limited to the maximum extent permitted under the Civil Liability Act 2002 (WA), the LPUL, and any other laws of Western Australia. The Firm disclaims all liability for any loss suffered in reliance on general information provided without formal engagement.

4. Financial Arrangements

The Firm does not operate a trust account and does not receive or hold trust money. All payments are made directly to the Firm's nominated account pursuant to invoices issued under the relevant Engagement Letter (Legal Division) or Service Agreement (Consultancy, Compliance, and Intelligence Divisions).

5. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While the Firm exercises due care, no guarantee, warranty, or representation is given as to the outcome of any matter, whether legal, strategic, or compliance-related.

6. Governing Law

This disclaimer and any use of the Firm's website, publications, or services are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
